The whole process seemed very scary due to the shortimelines we had in mind (2 months) and the whole pandemic uncertainties. Despite the rush and all the challenges, Sean was there for us during all the steps....literally ALL the steps for both transactions. For the sale of our house we were able to land 6 offers and sell $65 000 OVER asking price respecting all our conditions. This was done over 3 days with only 2 days of visits!! Sean was there to provide advice from A - Z, including the proffesional photo shooting session, all the visits, the inspection etc. This made the process very smooth and less stressful for us. For our new house Sean was there for every visit, had time to resolve all our questions and provided true, honest advice without any pressure. We always felt we were being accompanied by a family member. Despite the hot West Island real estate market we were able to buy our dream house $10,000 UNDER price. Again Sean was there for us for every question, inspection, negotiation, help us find a great Notary and even great contractors. The property was not without complications but Sebastien was able to see the inherent value of the property and structure the sale in a manner that best represented this value. This required Sebastien to navigate the exasperating areas of 35 year old building permits that were not followed, significant problems with the building and many other roadblocks that complicated the sale. During this whole process, Sebastien was never discouraged; he keep pushing the process forward in a professional manner until the deal was done. If this is what Sebastien can do with a difficult property, I can only imagine what he can do with a great property. I'll never use another broker.

I have worked with Sean on several transactions and I have also worked with several other real estate agents, Sean is my favorite, by far! Sean has helped me through some very tough spots. For instance I needed to unload a property very quickly once, within one year of having purchased it. Sean went the extra mile and dealt with tenants that were less than ideal, he helped me unload the home and do quite well on the transaction despite the rushed nature of the sale. Sean also worked with me on a purchase that I ended up failing to get a mortgage for. Again in this situation Sean really went the extra mile to help me and to keep the client patient while I tried to fix the issues the bank was having recognizing my earnings as an independent contractor. We failed to get the bank to offer reasonable terms and I walked away from the transaction, Sean was very understanding throughout and the relationship remained strong. One year later I had paid myself a reasonable salary to qualify for a proper mortgage and there was no question as to which agent to work with. Sean found a great property that I am really happy living in and my partners and I will be exclusively working with Sean on the many rental properties we intend to purchase in the years to come. We choose to work with Sean because: he is honest, hard working, smart, and personable.
